Unforseen Events
Today is just one of those days when the writing isn't coming easy.
I have all of these ideas running about like bumper cars in my head but every time I try to put finger to keyboard, my fingers go to jello and the keyboard starts hovering in mid-air.
No one could be expected to work in such conditions so the obvious answer is that for my own safety I will have to refrain from further exertion. One cannot walk through life with jello fingers after all. It just isn't practical.

Such a beautiful picture. So pretty - takes me away. No need for words :-)
Tell me about it.
Bought some sugar-free chocolate Jello pudding....2 hours later my blood sugar was through the roof. Bill Cosby is a fool. That stuff still has sugar in it.
The obvious answer is to mix yourself up a cocktail and call it a night.
I think I have been suffering from jelly fingers, too. I know I have been suffering the bumper car of thoughts in my mind. In fact, I feel like a full demolition derby is going on up there! Must be all this trip preparation!
"It just isn't practical." :-D
Floppy isn't much use. :)
Fabulous picture!!
linny guess u caught the 'Writer's Block' germs that's going ard Blogsville these days :) Rest, refresh and come back in style...
Keshi.
Jelly fish fingers . . . hehehe
The image in my head makes me giggle.
Don't worry linny.
You'll be back in no time.
you've been having a lot of these days lately...whats going on with you...
PP..I cannot be held accountable for the actions of inanimate objects or my fingers.
Plus I've got too much going on right now.
(Mom has cancer-is having a full hysterectomy on Tuesday.)
Linny,
I really do think you and i are living parallel lives
many of us need to wash the jelly off our fingers once in awhile.
i always have jelly on my fingers...because of colby most of the time!! lol
I hate sticky fingers.
This is a comment in hopes that you can help my friend Fuzz with his problem. We are holding an intervention for him and any help would be tremendous. I hope with the help of friends we can get him the treatment he needs.
Thoughts and prayers for your mom. Watch your own stress levels. Seldom are we really aware of how much stress we are under until it is too late. Chill out. Relax. And spend as much time as you can with your mom.
I do love that picture!
Nice pic
I would have settled for even jello-fingers this week, but however bad a week it's been, coming here and seeing this artwork has lifted my spirits. Great piece.
I am sorry to hear about your mother. It's tough to see your parents ill, gravely ill in your mother's case.
I hope the treatment works wonders and she gets through with a minimum of suffering.
If you need to vent your feelings here, we'll listen. It's what your blog is for and what we're here for too.
LMAO - No, jello fingers are not practical. (and I'm a week behind, I just realized)
How about if you don't type and I don't read. We'll be the perfect couple. ;)
Super color scheme, I like it! Keep up the good work. Thanks for sharing this wonderful site with us.
