In a Mood
Cold weather and the impending Holiday season...
I don't know what it is about the combination of the two...but they've landed me on the couch snuggled up in blankets, spending the weekend watching every romanctic movie I own, wishing I had someone here to cuddle up to.
Instead, I'm alone.
So I snuggle deeper in the blankets...allowing other men's words to wash over me. And for one brief moment in time, I can pretend they were meant for me.

There is something about the early evenings and cold nights that makes you want a warm body close to you, isn't there?
Since you have a penchant for foreign countries and the men who live in them, perhaps you should come out to Ottawa next year, once I am settled?

don't take this the wrong way, but you're a fabulous character in a chick-lit book...and not because your life is bad or anything like that at all... but rather, you have great stories to tell that lots of people can relate to.
if i had all this material that you do, i'd be punching away at being the next marian keyes.

ive been addicted to your blog for a few years now. seriously, write a book. and oh yeah, maybe join lavalife? a bunch of my friends met incredible people on there and so did i. im not a loser, i swear. lol. i just think if you are the person you seem to be in your blog, then it is insane that you can't find someone to cuddle with. Maybe try putting yourself out there more?
I often wonder what our lives would be like if we had the opportunity to actually write the script.

I love those chick flicks but its bad when you have someone who dont ever think of sayin some sweet shit like that. I always think of the movie, shit I cant think of the title but its the one with Jack Niclolson and Helen Hunt, when she is at dinner with him and he tells her "you make me want to be a better man"...ahhh....
