Please Take A Moment...
If anybody is fooling around on blogger this weekend I ask that you take a moment and visit Ashley Chairiet's sight.
She has an amazing gift with words. However, I think she's feeling a little down today. She's a strong woman and I would like more people to be able to share her work and give her the support that I've been fortunate enough to receive.

Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to visit Ashley. I've been fortunate enough to have been reading her blog for quite some time but there was just something about her last post that really just touched me. I wanted to reach out to her and to try show her that she's not as alone as it may seem.

First off, thank you so much for caring about me, and for wanting others to do so too.
I WAS in a rather "low" mood that night, and I swear to God, I almost deleted that whole entry, which I often do when I feel it has gone too far over into mush-mash territory.
But something told me to keep it, to post it...So I'm glad it touched you, and I'm glad some of your friends liked it too...
...Though to tell you the truth, I wasn't sure what to make of all that extra attention! :)
But then I came around here and saw my name up in lights, so to speak, and thought, "Ah, that's probably why." ;)
And really, I'm also surprised that your friends would even take me seriously...I usually do a pretty good job of making a jackass out of myself here at your blog, but like I said, it's nice to know that people do care.
Thanks again for the kind words, the helping hand, and the attentive eye and/or ear.
I'm lucky to have a fellow blogging friend in you. :)
